Who we are

Past Life ("we", "us") is a cultural-entertainment app for iOS. This policy explains what information the app and this website handle, and why. (Operating-entity name and contact address to be finalised before launch.)

What the app uses, and where it stays

• Birth details you enter (date, hour, place, and a male/female selection) are used only to compute your reading. The free reading runs on your device; these details are not tied to an account.
• Paid / polished content. When you unlock a written-for-you telling, relationship, or timing reading, the app sends the structured result of the computation to our backend so it can be written into prose and cached. We don't attach your name or contact details to it.
• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation that an entitlement is valid; we never see your card or full Apple ID.

This website

• Waitlist email. If you join the launch waitlist, we store your email address for the single purpose of telling you when Past Life is available. We don't resell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Analytics. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand traffic. (If enabled, the specific provider will be named here; we favour cookieless analytics that don't track individuals.)

What we don't do

• We don't require an account to use the free reading.
• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't use your data to make any real-world claim, prediction, or decision about you — the app is entertainment.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information we hold about you (in practice, usually just a waitlist email) by writing to hb09832006@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA; we honour those requests regardless of location.

Children

Past Life is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region), and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for material changes, note it in the app or on this page.
